In the week commencing 2nd December an older woman in Cheltenham suffered a fall. An emergency ambulance was called, but because it was after 8pm, she wasn’t taken to A&E in her nearest hospital in Cheltenham, but to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital in Gloucester....
